Louise Kantrow

Louise Kantrow, PhD, is an American human rights activist, and has served as the International Chamber of Commerce’s permanent representative to the United Nations since 2007. She was formerly the Executive Director of the International League for Human Rights.[1]

She has formerly also been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the United Nations Association of the United States of America and a Senior Advisor to the United Nations Population Fund.

Kantrow holds a doctoral degree in demography from the University of Pennsylvania
